1. Will I receive a proof of my item?
Yes, you will except the coffee packs. You will receive
a proof thorough email of the any other items and we
will not print until you are completely satisfied.
2. Can I order wrappers only?
Yes, for the full and mini size candy bars. Also the water
bottle labels.
3. How do we ship items?
We try to ship each item the most economical way.
For wrappers only, the US Postal Service is the best
way. If you would like the exact shipping for any item
you can contact us with the order and your shipping
address and we will give a shipping total before you
order. We also use DHL and UPS,along with the United
States Postal Service.
4. Is my credit card information safe?
We take credit card information very seriously. We do
not sell your information to any company. It is only used
for payment purposes only and then the information is
shredded.
5. How long will it take to get my order?
After you order is placed, we will be in contact with you
through email. A proof will be designed using the
information you provided. You will receive an email
of the proof within the next 24 hours. Once you approve
the proof printing will start. We will also ask you for the
date needed as we try to ship any chocolate Monday-
Wednesday to make sure if arrives safely.
6. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or outside the
United States?
We only ship within the United States. We do not
ship to P.O. Boxes.
7. Do you do photos?
Yes, at this time we only print in black using a laser printer.
All photos should be sent in .jpg form and we can not use a
photo from a photographer unless we have a consent from
them.
8. What kind of candy bar do you use?
For the full size candy bars we use the full size 1.55 oz.
Hershey milk chocolate bar. For the mini candy bars,
we use the Hershey miniature candy.
